Touhey Grain Elevator

Touhey was nothing more than a stop on this now decommissioned line of the Great Northern Railroad. It stands northeast of the town of Withrow in Douglas County, alone in a field of debris and sagebrush with NOTHING around for miles.

Another abandoned farmhouse. This one is about half a mile from the German Methodist Cemetery in Adams County.

Rosenoff Road

An abandoned farmhouse just off Rosenoff Rd in Adams County, just north of I-90 on the way to Othello.

German Methodist Cemetery

This cemetery, in Adams County, just south of Ritzville, is another one of those rural graveyards left to the elements with little or no care.

Highland School

Another abandoned rural school house in a farmer's field. This one visible from US-2, a few miles east of Waterville.

Govan School

Govan, the small community near Wilbur, contains this wonderful old school. Built in 1906 and closed in 1942, it sits quietly in a field and has frequent visitors.
